During the summer of 2023, I participated in an online volunteer teaching program, tutoring a young boy from Luding, Sichuan👨‍👦. We exercised , read together, and collaboratively completed an artwork. I also introduced him to a unique mathematics lesson, sharing the distinctive charm and historical development of mathematics. To protect the child's privacy, the website will not display any portion containing his appearance. I would like to showcase the artwork we co-created. At the time, AI-generated art had just become popular. After exploring the techniques myself, I taught him some skills, and he conceptualized the piece while I operated the software and produced it. Together, we completed a very meaningful artwork🎨. The artwork depicts the historical changes of his hometown, Luding, Sichuan, reminding us that our current happiness is hard-won. To better explain the artwork, I provided necessary annotations.
