I believe my self-introduction can be divided into several sections. In this part,1️⃣ I will first present some objective indicators about myself (such as MBTI and GPA), which may give you a general understanding of who I am. Next, 2️⃣I will attempt to depict my self-perception, including my views on life, learning, work, and future career development plans. While I strive to be objective, self-perception is inevitably limited. Therefore,3️⃣ I have tried to collect perspectives from those around me through a questionnaire, and this content is presented under "Me in Others' Eyes.”

My undergraduate major is economics, and I have always believed that economics is a powerful tool for understanding the fundamental structures of society. The lifelong exploration of economics is one of my life pursuits.
However, my undergraduate studies were not smooth sailing. Due to initial difficulties adjusting to university life, my GPA in the first year was quite poor. Fortunately, through subsequent efforts and explorations, my GPA gradually improved, and I ultimately achieved a 4.0 💯 in the Junior 1st. I believe in my potential for growth, and I have always believed that I am constantly progressing.

I have participated in internships at research institutes such as CICC and CITIC Securities, as well as an FA internship at PHI Capital(久谦资本). For me, each internship has been greatly rewarding. The internship at PHI Capital solidified my determination to delve deeper into industries, while the macroeconomic research internship at CICC RS strengthened my resolve to utilize economic knowledge to address industry-related questions. My internship experiences may be characteristic of a typical sell-side inclination.😃

  • I believe in the power of knowledge and that one should continually learn new things while staying attentive to the changing world.
  • I believe in the power of perseverance– working diligently and responsibly to complete necessary tasks is the only path to honor.
  • I strive to apply economic methodologies to industry research, gradually forming my own analytical and research framework.

Of course, I still have many shortcomings.
  • I am not a sufficiently patient person, struggle to maintain good habits, and lack certain abilities.
  • However, I believe that sustained effort can translate into progress.
